Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the provider named in the Impressum, email: contact@tinnkeoshop.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Appora is a digital service that is provided immediately after payment (plan credits or credit packs). Before every payment Appora asks you to expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and to confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (checkbox before purchase).

For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356(4) BGB). For contracts on digital content, it expires when performance begins, provided you expressly consented, confirmed your knowledge of the loss, and we provided a confirmation under § 312f BGB (§ 356(5) BGB).

Cancelling subscriptions

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period (in your account via the secure Stripe portal). See the Terms of Service.
